The deposite is always 250 Euro.
Our guests live in comfortably furnished apartments. Each apartment has its own bathroom and fridge. The bigger apartments also include a balcony. Bedding, linen, towels and a coffee machine are provided.
All apartments include high-speed internet access.
Our building is equipped with community kitchens, rooms for common dining, washing machines, a large roof terrace and a table tennis area.
Since our office cannot be open at all times, we ask that guests inform us of their arrival times by phone or e-mail.
The apartment will be in excellent condition and we ask that the guest keep it clean during his\her stay. The deposit (250 Euro) will be paid back when the apartment is vacated in equally satisfactory condition at the end of the rental period.

The building is located at Theodor-Heuss-Platz in Charlottenburg, a district in the western part of Berlin. There is a subway (U-Bahn) station and stops for four bus lines right in front of the building.
The universities and Berlin Mitte, where the government district is located, are within easy reach, as is Berlin’s forest, the Grunewald.
